This education bundle includes the following courses:
Introduction to Energy Credits and Commissioning: This course will explore the relationship and synergies between the LEED v4 BD+C energy credits (with a particular focus on energy performance) and the commissioning process. Participants will explore the benefits and process requirements for commissioning, while also considering the value of the following related documents: Owner's Project Requirements (OPRs), the Basis of Design (BOD), and the Commissioning Plan.
1 GBCI general education hour.
LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning Prerequisite/Credit: This course will explore the intent and requirements of the LEED v4 BD+C's fundamental commissioning (Cx) and verification prerequisite and the enhanced commissioning credit. Participants will explore some of the key steps associated with the Cx process, as well as who can complete various Cx tasks.
1 GBCI LEED BD+C-specific education hour.
Monitoring-Based and Envelope Commissioning: This course will explore the LEED v4 BD+C rating system requirements for monitoring-based commissioning (Cx) and advanced energy metering. Participants will consider how enhanced Cx relates to a project's scope of work, while also considering the documentation requirements for the advanced energy metering credit.
