Monitoring-Based and Envelope Commissioning

1 GBCI LEED BD+C education hour.
This course will explore the LEED v4 BD+C rating system requirements for monitoring-based commissioning (Cx) and advanced energy metering. Participants will consider how enhanced Cx relates to a project’s scope of work, while also considering the documentation requirements for the advanced energy metering credit. Finally, the course will share some reviewer tips for improving LEED documentation related to these credits.
